Metro Walls is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) NH/VT Chapterᅢᄁ¬ツᆲ¬トᄁs Self-Insured Group which is a member only, aggressive program that relies heavily on behavior based safety programs that assist with changing a companyᅢᄁ¬ツᆲ¬トᄁs safety culture in a positive way. Metro Walls employs a full-time Safety Director who has instituted a strategic safety plan which includes educating and training employees beyond what is OSHA regulated to include establishing new safety measures like; Zero Accident Program, New Hire Safety Orientation Program, Crane Signal and Rigging training, CPR training, and the company recently installed an automated external defibrillator (AED) at its Manchester headquarters.
