About
William Penn Continuing Care Campus (WPCCC) is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the rolling hills of Penn Township, Western Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Our Mission We assist each of our residents in achieving the highest degree of independence by providing excellent care in a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment. We strive to achieve the quality of life each resident deserves through quality nursing care, social activities, and wellness programs. We protect and promote each resident’s rights as a unique individual. We always welcome and encourage families to visit their loved ones at any time. Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) William Penn Continuing Care Campus is a certified Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) as certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. This designation simply means that we provide multiple levels of care in one campus, allowing our residents to move between levels of care as their needs change. William Penn is not a traditional CCRC requiring large down payments in a “life care contract”. William Penn simply provides the varying same levels of service with a more traditional monthly rental rate structure. Movement between levels is offered as preferred placement within our campus. Living in an independent living apartment, needing short-term medical services can be often accomplished by moving less than 200 feet to the next building. Then after a short stay, returning to your apartment that is again very close by.
