Wolf has been appointed its chief financial officer and will join the firm on April 11, 2005. Dennis is currently executive vice president and chief financial officer of Omnicell (Nasdaq:OMCL). While at Omnicell Dennis has been responsible for operations, engineering, quality, finance and administration and managed Omnicell during a period of the Company's most rapid growth. Prior to Omnicell, Mr. Wolf was senior vice president and CFO of Redback Networks as well as executive vice president, co-president and chief financial officer of Credence Systems as well as Centigram Communications. He also held key financial positions at Sun Microsystems, Apple Computer and Tandem Computers.
