DENTCO began its service program in 1977 by forming a company called Trees, Incorporated. Ten years later, the company purchased Benjamin Parking Lot Maintenance. As the company grew, the Exterior Services Management™ division of DENTCO was formed in 1996. This allowed DENTCO to expand beyond the Midwest, applying over 26 years of experience and knowledge toward helping clients consolidate and centralize, reduce their costs, and realize quality services. Since the mid 1990s, DENTCO has expanded beyond the central regions of the US, and currently maintains more than 2,500 customer locations in the continental United States.They have developed a single-source approach to control today's exterior facility management.
