Steel Dynamics, Inc. is a steel manufacturing company that owns and operates steel mini-mills. The Company has two business segments: steel operations and steel scrap substitute operations. The steel operations segment includes the Company\'s Flat Roll Division, Structural and Rail Division, and Bar Division. The Flat Roll Division sells hot-rolled, cold-rolled and coated steel products, including various specialty products such as thinner gauge hot-rolled products and galvanized products.
