McGuire Development Company was built from the groundwork laid by Frank McGuire, P.E., founder of Industrial Power and Lighting Corporation, in the 1960s. Aspiring to transcend the role of sub-contractor, the company began broader real estate development initiatives. Projects became more diverse and included owning, developing and operating apartment complexes, high-rise waterfront condominiums and commercial buildings in numerous states. One success led to another, and operations expanded to include hotels, restaurants and health care facilities.
Our Team
Every professional at McGuire Development Company believes that transparent, open dialogue is the only way to successfully meet all of our clients’ project needs and interests. We don’t simply build, broker and manage properties, we strive to transform a client’s real estate vision into a company’s destination.
At present, McGuire Development Company owns and operates more than 2.5 million square feet of space, a factor that sets us apart from others and gives us the ability to deliver first-hand knowledge of the market, building codes, zoning issues and costs that impact the bottom line.
As development professionals, our broad understanding of the real estate market gives our clients an edge, as we work to obtain project incentives, navigate complicated financial structures, complete full-scale budget projections and conceptualize the overall vision of a project.
