Founded by John & Paul Nunes in 1995, Newport Vineyards is the largest grower of grapes in New England. The winery produces over 30,000 cases of estate-grown wine each year through sustainable farming methods on nearly 60 acres of historically preserved farmland. In 2015 Newport Vineyards completed a multi-million dollar renovation and 30,000-square foot expansion; including Brix Restaurant, the Vineyard Café, the Marketplace at Newport Vineyards, a new fermentation tank room and barrel room, and an event venue.
