Formed in 1976 and incorporated three years later in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, National Recovery Agency, ("NRA") is a fully bonded collection agency. NRA's 60 plus employees are divided into several departments: clerical, human resources, client services, sales, legal, pre-collections and collections.
Highly trained and motivated collectors are on duty Monday through Friday, including evenings, and Saturday mornings. NRA collectors are specially trained in the clients' industry and company backgrounds, utilize extensive computerized databases and sophisticated telephone systems to maximize recovery.
NRA collectors are monitored and supervised at all times by the Collection Manager and/or two Collection Supervisors. The number of accounts in a collector's queue is carefully managed and all calls are silently monitored to ensure that the context and tone are best suited to maximize collections. Meetings and seminars are held weekly to solve problems, offer suggestions and to provide on-going training. NRA's current clients represent all aspects of the collection industry (healthcare, commercial, retail, utility, and governmental.) specific and general updates are provided weekly to the staff.
NRA is a member of the American Collectors Association and participates as a vendor in the American Association of Healthcare Administrators, Keystone Patient Account Management Association, PAHCOM - The Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers, and Healthcare Financial Managers Association.
