Central Visitation Program's mission is to enhance relationships between children and parents of low income families by providing supervised visitation, exchanges, and parenting support. The program was founded in 1993 by family law attorneys and members of Central Presbyterian Church to aid low income families who could not afford the high cost of supervised parenting time.
The program has grown to include three locations - one in Denver, one in Brighton and one in Aurora. Parenting classes are offered throughout the year both to clients and community members who want to build their parenting skills. Child welfare supervised parenting time services are also offered in the Denver metro area and to outside jurisdictions who may have a case in the area.
