LONG BEACH, CA , SNUGTOP, an industry leader in the manufacture of fiberglass truck caps and tonneau covers since 1959, has partnered with Westlake Village, CA-based CallSource to implement a call tracking, directing and performance analysis program for the company's advertising. All of SNUGTOP's ads will feature dedicated toll-free numbers, enabling the company to track actual responses. The inquiries, which are routed through CallSource's servers, will automatically be directed to the SNUGTOP dealer nearest the caller. In announcing the program SNUGTOP Marketing Manager Jeannie Clough said, "We see this new technology creating a win-win situation for both the company and its dealers. In addition to being able to see exactly where inquiries are coming from, and what ad motivated the call, we'll quicken the process in hooking up potential customers with SNUGTOP's dealer network." Clough went on to add, "This specialized system also allows us to capture all the caller data for dealer follow-ups, as well as monitor calls for quality assurance and training purposes. It will enhance the efficiency of our sales and advertising efforts significantly."
