The Airport Authority has been a client of synergIT\'s for over 10 years where we have provided senior-level consulting and project management services in support of their technology projects. The Airport Authority has one of the most complex, but extremely secure networks in the Pittsburgh area. synergIT has been providing Compaq/HP server hardware maintenance and software support for Microsoft, Veritas, Citrix and Symantec platform, during this time. Currently consisting of over 30 servers, the Airport Authority has a mix of 8x5 and 7x24 requirements, but demands 7x24 support on their Microsoft Windows 2000 / Exchange 2000 environment and other critical servers. We also provide core infrastructure support on their Enterasys and Cisco switches and routers as well as their new wireless implementation via our help desk and direct communication with our Infrastructure Engineer. In the past, we have provided Banyan to NT to Windows 2000 migration assistance, Exchange 2000 consulting, Year 2000 project management, strategic backup strategies, disaster recovery and business continuance planning. Most of the above projects included documentation services. Wheeling Hospital is one of the largest community hospitals in West Virginia with over 1,100 users. Wheeling Hospital has a single Microsoft Windows 2000 domain in which synergIT assisted in their migration from NT/Netware to W2K. There is a Citrix Metaframe cluster in place that serves 700 clients through a server environment that includes thirteen (13) servers. There are 300 standard Windows desktops in place throughout the hospital, and synergIT created a common desktop for these desktops. All the Microsoft licenses are managed through an Enterprise Agreement that was established through a joint effort between synergIT, Wheeling Hospital, and Microsoft. We provide 7x24 support for 45 Windows servers, the Windows 2000 Server Operating System, Citrix cluster environment, as well as Cisco 6500 core switch and router support. All calls are logged into our Client Priority Response (CPR) system and call-backs are within our documented response times. synergIT also performs onsite hardware break-fix and software support on their IT environment.synergIT Incorporated Address
