Mission: A Strong Community, One Veteran at a time. Veterans Bridge Home helps Charlotte-area Veterans successfully transition home after military service by identifying their education, employment and healthcare needs and connecting them to available community, state and federal resources. VBH is the one-stop shop for Veterans in Charlotte and the surrounding communities experiencing transition. Without VBH, the civilian community can feel overwhelming and confusing to a Veteran just leaving the armed forces. With VBH, Veterans in transition have a single point of contact to help navigate this very important life event, in a compassionate, low-pressure and productive manner. The number of Veteran and Military families VBH connects and serves continues to grow each year, highlighting the need in our community. VBH continues to lead the community towards making Charlotte a national model of public-private partnerships that assist in transitioning our nation’s returning Veterans.
