It takes a cast of thousands (donors and volunteers) to feed the hungry at Martha’s Kitchen. Our Silicon Valley soup kitchen, has been feeding the hungry of San Jose since 1981, and is 90% volunteer operated. Our dedicated volunteers collect donated food, prepare it, and serve hot meals to the hungry in our community. We are currently serving and distributing nearly 100,000 meals a month.
