The L.L. Pelling Co. was started in 1949 with a handful of employees and has grown to 150 full-time and seasonal employees. The company features three HMA (Hot-Mix Asphalt) plants in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and Marion producing the finest certified HMA and cold-mix.
