Started in 1998 by Jere Gettle, as a means to preserve heirloom seeds. In our first year we mailed 500 catalogs. In 2010 we have printed over 250,000 catalogs. Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds is a mail order company which maintains an online presence and two retail stores. We are located in Mansfield, Mo. and Petaluma, Ca.
