About
Resolution Systems flagship product is MaxMine: MaxMine is the next generation of operational technology aimed at optimising equipment and system performance. Its basis of operation is fundamentally different from existing systems; its capabilities are vastly different as a result MaxMine collects ten thousand to one million times more data than other system, it robotically processes and analyses, identifies and prioritises issues and delivers actionable information directly into the daily work flow of operational teams MaxMine is fully automated. It does not rely on a team of analysts. Hence it is dramatically faster, more accurate (because it is hands off), more cost effective and readily scalable. Areas of application are targeted to offer maximum savings and the service delivery process has been designed to maintain the extremely high levels of engagement that have been achieved. With 15 years experience as a team, Resolution is not a recent entrant to either business improvement, machine learning/data intensive analysis or the resources sector. Our haul truck analysis started in 2010 at Fortescue Metals Group and resources sector machine learning in 2012 at Newcrest Telfer in the comminution circuit. Key team members have been doing vehicle communications and data intensive analysis since 1996, machine learning since 2001 and a number of key staff having been drawn from senior roles in top tier operational improvement firms and top tier mining operations. Following 70,000 hours of pilot operation and now 280,000 hours of full fleet commercial operation, MaxMine is now operationally proven and multi-million dollar savings have already been realised. The potential for our technology platform is vast - far beyond our initial focus of mining.
