They became leaders in establishing bench marks for the industry – safety training for assemblers and skilled workers, self insurance to cover workers on-the-job injuries, on-site staff to coordinate all hiring, and fresh ideas on how to provide staffing resources. After growing their businesses to 1,200 to 1,500 employees working each day for their clients they sold the business to a national firm in 1995.
