With a LEED-CI®-certified office (application for certification pending) and a number of LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff, Myers & Chapman has the knowledge and credentials to help clients achieve their green building objectives. Myers & Chapman builds a variety of Commercial and Industrial buildings including Retail (Shopping Centers, Grocery Stores, and Restaurants), Office, Industrial (Warehouse, Distribution, and Production), Medical Office, Institutional (Churches, Schools and Daycare Centers) Interiors , and Mixed Use. Building services include the construction of new facilities, additions, renovations and interior upfits. We use a wide variety of construction methods and materials, including steel, tilt-up, poured in place, pre-cast, etc. We partner with the leading architects, subcontractors and others to get the best value and schedule for our clients. We operate primarily in the Charlotte, NC region; traveling with key clients into other regions of the Carolinas. We have unlimited licenses in North and South Carolina. We work for quality professional owners and developers, mostly on a negotiated basis and doing select bids where appropriate.
