Allozymes, Pte. Ltd. is a leading deep technology company applying innovative ultrahigh-throughput microfluidics technology to accelerate enzyme evolution and development. We developed sensitive, accurate, and generic assays for the detection of enzymatic reactions, proprietary microfluidic chips and proteomics technologies to take enzyme development to the next level. Since 2017, Allozymes' CTO worked as a lead postdoc with the team of biochemists, biologists and microfluidics experts from four different departments at National University of Singapore to advance the Allozymes' technology for protein engineering, optimization and production. Allozymes' revolutionary approach starts with, (1) an understanding of the enzymatic pathway for a product, (2) screening a large and targeted variants library in a short timeframe and optimizing the protein specifically that fits into customer requirements, (3) employing molecular biology and process engineering to produce that protein, (4) delivering the precise protein in the form of the pure enzyme for the target application.
