Doc Wayne Youth Services is an award-winning non-profit organization headquartered in Boston. Using a theoretical curriculum which incorporates social-emotional learning and life skills, we offer traditional outpatient therapy reimagined through the lens of sport. Here, clinicians are coaches. Our staff lead weekly group therapy sessions with 8-12 youth, ages 5-18, designed to support them as they process experiences of complex trauma and mental health challenges. Our mission is to fuse sport and therapy to heal and strengthen at-risk youth. Over time, as individuals and in teams, they learn to heal together, grow together, and win together.
