DFS serves job-ready women throughout the Nashville area by referral only. We are proud to partner with a variety of local non-profits and government agencies including domestic violence programs, homeless shelters, and job-training programs. Each DFS client is provided an interview suit and work-appropriate separates. There is no fee to the client or the referring agency for our services. By offering confidence and encouragement to succeed in the interview process, our program transitions women towards self-sufficiency and enables personal and professional development.
