About
Rich Harvest Farms is an ultra-private, 18-hole golf club and private estate located in Sugar Grove, Illinois. Built by entrepreneur Jerry Rich, it was named the fifth-best new private course in the U.S. by Golf Digest after opening in 1999. In 2003, the course made its debut on Golf Digest's "America's Greatest Golf Courses" list, where it remained for many years. In addition to its limited membership, Rich Harvest Farms is best known for being a world-class tournament venue. It hosted the 2009 Solheim Cup, where Team USA defeated Europe in the most successful event in LPGA history. Since then, the course has hosted multiple USGA qualifiers, the 2003 and 2019 Western Junior, the 2007 and 2014 NCAA Men's Division I Regional Golf Championship, the 2015 Palmer Cup, the 2015 Western Amateur, and the 2017 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Golf Championships. The club will be hosting the Arnold Palmer Cup for a second time June 11-13, 2021. The property is also home to the Kids Golf Foundation of Illinois, a state-wide junior golf organization founded by Jerry Rich and the late Don Springer. It is dedicated to bringing the sport of golf into the lives of children and providing them with opportunities for personal growth and career enhancement. The course is also home to the Northern Illinois University Huskie Men's & Women's golf teams, as Jerry Rich is a proud NIU alum. Visit us on Twitter - @RHFTournaments!
