Singlera Genomics is a developer of 'liquid biopsy' analysis reagents and software, focusing on determing methylation haplotypes across many thousands of genomic locations in cell-free DNA. Singlera's PanSeer assay can detect cancer four years before conventional diagnosis through a sophisticated but easily implemented targeted methylation assay and efficient bioinformatics analysis.
