CAA North & East Ontario (CAA NEO) provides emergency roadside assistance to Members, along with an extensive array of travel and insurance services designed to suit the individual needs, wants and expectations of its Members.\r\n\r\nAs a part of the national non-profit organization, the Canadian Automobile Association, CAA NEO specifically serves Members residing in the cities of Ottawa, Sudbury, Thunder Bay and North Bay, and surrounding areas. \r\n\r\nThe Federation can trace its roots back more than a century to the year 1903, when 27 motorists formed a club to help owners of what was then a new invention known as a "horseless carriage."
