Heritage Land Bank has been providing reliable financing for the rural community in East Texas and North Texas for more than 85 years. Farmers, ranchers and others who own or purchase rural real estate have relied on Heritage for friendly, expert service. The association adopted its current structure when the Federal Land Bank Association of Tyler and the Federal Land Bank Association of McKinney merged in October of 1998.
