It is our goal to provide the student members (junior high school through doctoral programs) of our organization with the support to become productive citizens by involving/engaging them in leadership development activities, educational opportunities, job readiness training, and facilitating internship placement and permanent employment, with special emphasis on agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. Motto: Changing the face of agriculture by linking hands around the world Mission Statement: Promoting academic and professional advancement by empowering minorities in agriculture, natural resources and related sciences If you are a student or a professional in agriculture, natural resources or related sciences, opportunities to grow and network are available through MANRRS: • Internships and cooperative training experiences with private companies and government agencies; • Professional and scholarly development; • Inclusion in a national student and professional register; • Networking and communication skills; • Annual National Career Fair and Training Conference; and • Regional meetings. MANRRS promotes interaction between and among its students, professional members, and other organizations and institutions. MANRRS prepares youth for leadership roles through mentoring, networking, and the free exchange of ideas among members.
