About
FP International is the trade name of Free-Flow Packaging International, Inc. The company was incorporated in 1967 by current president Arthur Graham as Free-Flow Packaging, manufacturer of polystyrene loosefill packaging material. FP International was selected to reflect the company's expansion into new products and markets. FP International (FPI) manufactures interior cushioning packaging products: air cushion systems, recycled polystyrene loosefill, starch loosefill, polyethylene foam sheeting and a wide variety of loosefill storage and dispensing systems. FPI has six manufacturing/sales facilities in the United States, operations in Belgium, China, France and Germany, and licensees in Australia and England. In addition, FPI is one of the largest expanded polystyrene (EPS) recyclers in the United States. Annually the company recycles about eight million pounds of EPS packaging and uses the recycled polystyrene to make its loosefill products -- FLO-PAK®, SUPER 8® and 8 PAK®. FPI has received local, state and national awards for its polystyrene recycling program, including the 1996 Outstanding Recycling Innovation Award from the National Recycling Coalition and the 1991Administrator's Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
