We provide 24-hour traffic management services across Melbourne and surrounds as well as regional Victoria. Our primary objective is to deliver traffic management that enables our clients to conduct their works in a safely managed work zone. TDG employees are trained in the production of efficient, safe and effective traffic guidance schemes for all types of work, large and small. We have experience with many large, visible and politically sensitive projects where traffic management is crucial to the delivery of the outcomes. Our experienced specialist operations managers and coordinators work closely with our clients to ensure the safe delivery of their projects. For our clients we can * Develop Traffic Management Plans that are designed to manage risks and deliver safe work environments for all stakeholders (staff and contractors, motorists, cyclists and pedestrians) * Ensure the effectiveness of our Traffic Management Plans to cause minimal disruption to essential traffic flow within the work site * Obtain the required authorisation/s from VicRoads and/or relevant local authorities. We have invested heavily in equipment and internal systems to keep TDG ahead of our competitors. This includes a new fleet of vehicles and a new, custom-designed operations database. This database enables us to deploy staff in an accurate and timely manner, creating efficiencies for TDG and our clients. We ensure that all our staff are kept informed of industry changes, safety updates and new initiatives through regular in-house training.
