Family Caregivers Network is a PA Licensed Non-Medical Home Care Organization serving Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton Counties. FCN provides Nurses, Homemakers, Nurse Aides, Live-In Caregivers, Geriatric Care Managers, and Professional Patient Advocates to families and their loved ones.
