Although we are, first and foremost, a litigation Firm, we provide a wide variety of litigation-related counseling services, from acting as national counsel for product manufacturers in overseeing and coordinating litigation to conducting seminars on substantive legal issues and providing risk management services. We view it as part of our job to make sure clients are made aware of developments in the law that may affect their business. We frequently publish newsletters and conduct seminars both to educate our clients and to strengthen our working relationship with them. We pride ourselves on the fact that our clients turn to us not just for representation in ongoing litigation, but for counseling in loss prevention and litigation management issues as well. We have organized the Firm to provide our clients with efficient and timely response to every level of inquiry or issue. Clients have direct access to the lawyers they have selected to work on their litigation matters, as well as to the paraprofessionals and support staff who work with that attorney. We find that this allows clients to obtain information regarding their cases from the person on our team most suited to respond to the inquiry without the need for more than one inquiry. This team approach fosters open lines of communication and allows us to provide frequent updates on the progress of each case.
