We started by inventing our own ice cream machine — the only one of its kind that can churn the freshest, creamiest scoop right in front of you in 90 seconds. Then we made sure our ingredients are just as fresh. Everything from our ice cream bases and cone batter to sauces and cookies are made from scratch using only unprocessed, real, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. Smitten was created by Robyn Sue Fisher in 2007 when she began selling her scoops on the streets of San Francisco out of a Radio Flyer® wagon in 2009.
