Stormont-Vail HealthCare is an integrated health care system based in Topeka, Kansas. It resulted from the consolidation of Cotton-O'Neil Clinic, founded in 1955 by Drs. Robert Cotton and Robert O'Neil, and Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in 1995. Cotton-O'Neil Clinic and Stormont-Vail HealthCare proudly celebrated the ten year anniversary of the merger between the two medical entities in October 2005.
