Cardiac Dimensions, Inc. is a medical device company developing novel interventional tools for the treatment of congestive heart failure ("CHF") and related conditions. CHF is a life-threatening condition afflicting nearly 5 million Americans and responsible for 2.5 million hospital admissions each year.
