Centre of English Studies (CES) is a family run, award winning English language school with 8 year round centres in Dublin, Oxford, London, Edinburgh, Leeds, Worthing, Harrogate and Taipei! CES was founded in 1979 and our centres are recognised by the Irish Department of Education in Ireland and the the British Council. CES is also accredited in 4 of our centres by EAQUALS and we are also a full IALC member school (CES hosted the IALC workshop in 2016) CES in also an IELTS test centre in Dublin, Leedds and Harrogate. We are also a Cambridge Exam centre and a Pearson Inline Test centre in Dublin. CES offer a complete range of English language courses to suit any requirements. The list of our main courses is as follows: Standard or Intensive General English Combination Course (General English + 1 to 1 tuition) Executive and English for Special purposes (Law, Aviation, Medicine, Marketing, Sales) Examination Preparation (Cambridge, IELTS, TOIEC, Pearson) CELT Course and Non Native English Teachers refresher courses Junior English Language & Activity programme, Junior English Language & Rugby (Irish Rugby Institute), Junior English & FAME Academy (with the Gaiety School of Acting) Junior English & Golf Junior Winter 'Shirt Stay' programmes in all UK and Ireland centres. CES is was awarded the Language Travel magazine 'Star English School - Europe' with 4 or less year round centres in 2007 and is the only English language school in Europe to have been nominated for 4 consecutive years in that category. We are now a larger school and in the main 'Chain School# category and have been nominated there for the last 4 years also. The motto for Centre of English Studies is Care - Excellence and Success - this was praised highly in a recent EAQUALS inspection in Dublin (26/27 May 2016) as fitting the ethos, customer care and teaching they encountered during their inspection.
