Quality of care. Support. Community. At Lumina, care begins with our people — a team of specialized physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, physical therapists, bereavement specialists and an ever-growing family of trained community volunteers. Together, these are the people who deliver the very best quality of care and respond to the needs of our Mid-Willamette Valley neighbors. Each and every day.
Since our founding, we remain an independent, non-proï¬t 501(c)3 source for responsive community hospice care and support. We are not a subset of a large, proï¬t-motivated hospital or hospice chain. As a charitable organization, Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care is funded — in part — by the generous support of our local community. In turn, this enables us to provide the highest in quality care for our neighbors while exceeding the levels required by Medicare and private insurance.
