Turner Morris Roof Systems has been a quality commercial roofing company since 1992. We specialize in replacing commercial flat roofs. Single ply roofing is our mainstay, although we also do metal standing seam and various types of shingle roofs. Over the past several years our repair division has grown, as well. Every re-roof is unique. A single solution for every situation does not exist; much depends on the current condition, load, and use. Some questions to consider include: Is my roof ballasted? Is good insulation in place? Is the decking sound? At Turner Morris, we are proud of our ability to act as your roof expert. Having re-roofed and maintained hundreds of buildings, we know what systems work best in Colorado's harsh environment. Whether it is the design of a new roof, generation of an RFP, or evaluating the roof you have now, we can handle it. We are a knowledgeable contractor who desires to make sure you the best system for your needs. We want your business again, either on another building or as a referral to others.
