Set in a semi-private environment, SLT is done on a machine called a Megaformer which requires constant engagement of the core. Youll work muscles you've never felt before and be sore for days after each workout.

The full body workout is done with the assistance and resistance of weighted springs, thus requiring constant engagement of the corefor 50 minutes straight. Every class will push you past your comfort zone to achieve a new level of fitness, all in a safe and low impact environment.
We believe a workout is only as good as its reSuLTs. SLT's workout is performed slowly to activate the slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to the long, lean, toned results we are all seeking. Muscles are worked to fatigue, forcing them to grow while increasing your rate of fat and calorie burning (up to 700 per session).
SLT was founded by Amanda Freeman in 2011. A graduate of Duke University and Harvard Business School, Amanda is no stranger to the world of wellness. In 2007, Amanda co-founded Vital Juice, the leading health and wellness daily e-newsletter focused on delivering the latest in trends, research and tips in the areas of fitness, beauty and nutrition.
