Tealwood Care Centers was founded in 1989 by Howard Groff, Steve Harl, Gail Sheridan and another partner. Their mission was to provide a holistic and progressive approach to serving seniors with their healthcare and lifestyle needs. Tealwood's focus is to design patient centered programming for our Nursing Home and Rehabilitation, Assisted Living and Senior Campus Community residents and tenants. Tealwood Senior Living (TWSL) currently owns, manages and in a few cases, co-manages 48 communities throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska, with more in various stages of development.
