CRATE Modular is a Volumetric Modular Construction Company, which means, we are a manufacturer that builds your project in our state of the art factory in an assembly line process. This allows us to build 90% to 95% of you projects inside our facility, including finishing, flooring, countertops, fixtures, right down to the appliances and sometimes even furniture if you are one of our hospitality customers.
