HRP Associates, Inc. was founded in 1982 by John J. Housman, Jr., CPG, Joseph M. Rinaldi, and Mark C. Possidento, P.E. Over the last 21 years, HRP has grown to include five offices with a staff of 100 doing over $10 million per year of consulting work. With the retirement of John, Joe, and Mark in 2002, the firm's operations have been directed by Walter J. Gancarz, P.E. (CEO) and Robert H. Leach, LEP (COO/President). HRP's vision is "Creating the Right Solutions Together." This statement clearly and succinctly outlines how HRP approaches all of our projects. We create solutions that solve your problems.
