About
InStride Health was formed with a clear vision in mind: To help solve the pediatric mental health crisis. After almost two decades in the Harvard Medical system, Drs. Potter and Boger joined John Voith and Jaimie McElhiney in co-founding InStride to ensure that all families struggling with moderate to severe anxiety and/or OCD have access to research-backed, convenient treatment that works. Together, they're helping take the best of the academic and technology worlds to ensure treatment is engaging and high impact. At InStride, we lead with heart—treating patients and their families the way we want our loved ones to be treated. We bring our passion for helping others to work every day, having handpicked the most talented and devoted individuals for our team who champion our mission. We have created a welcoming community focused on a common goal: providing desperately needed, insurance-based access to virtual treatment that works for kids, teens, and young adults with anxiety and/or OCD. What InStride offers: • Comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan • Coordinated outpatient care, including individual and family therapy, medication management, group therapy, and coaching • Parent guidance and support • Evidence-based, virtual model that integrates with real life and real schedules, enabling more effective care • In-network care, covered by Optum, UnitedHealth, AllWays, Harvard Pilgrim, Oscar, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts We’re open for referrals and accepting patients now.
