EXCEL Management Systems, Inc. is a minority, veteran-owned small business that provides Information Technology (IT) solutions to Federal, State of Ohio Agencies, Commercial and Non-profit customers. EXCEL was established in 1989 by Curtis T. Jewell, owner and Chief Executive Officer.
