The technology we’ve created streamlines communications between venues and temporary staff and negates the need for middle-men. Gone are the days of dealing with agencies; ROTA puts the power firmly into the hands of the manager. What’s so special about our service? Our workers are the best, guaranteed. We know our temps are the best available as we vet them individually before they join ROTA. We take a look at everything from their previous experience to their English language comprehension and this way we can be certain that when you need somebody who’s up to the job, that’s exactly who you get. What’s more, ROTA also offers venues the chance to ‘rate’ the temporary staff used through our app. This works as an incentive because the higher their feedback score, the more likely they’ll get repeat work through ROTA.
