ECOTEC specializes in the design and development of customized equipment and technology solutions for gas collection, transmission, and treatment systems. The products of our efforts improve the accuracy and quality of data collected for use in our enterprise based software systems as well as those of our clients. The Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) absorption spectroscopy used in ECOTEC’s gas analysis and water vapor measurement product lines is accurate, reliable, and field ready. We also work closely with customers for client specified custom prototypes and system development on individual facilities and project sites. Technology development and integration is a key strength of ECOTEC. Our DataField Software provides users a web accessible platform for data warehousing and reporting. Information is validated for data integrity, securely maintained, and presented in a number of formats including ad hoc reports, graphs, concentration maps, spatial plotting, and more. The Automated Equipment Monitoring System (AEMS) integrates data from several components in the field and transmits the information to the DataField Software for use by project stakeholders, operators, and analysts. ECOTEC’s innovation, ingenuity, and attention to detail provide continual advancements and opportunities for project developers, operators, and end users. Applications for ECOTEC’s TDL solutions include regulatory compliance monitoring for low level fugitive emissions and leak detection as well as pipeline gas quality for carbon/greenhouse gas emissions and gas production processing. Other applications include water vapor measurement in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMS), Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMS), and products of combustion. AEMS offers an industry agnostic integration platform for data collection from standard digital and analog field process equipment.
