Hussey & Co is Australia's pioneer of gourmet salad mixes and has maintained a leading edge over its competitors due to our continual pursuit of excellence. Not only in product specification but also from a food & safety perspective. Hussey & Co has achieved the SQF 2002 accreditation, based on HACCP food safety principals. Six monthly audits are carried out by independent auditors to inspect records and ensure continual compliance. Regular micro testing is conducted to ensure that the product is clean and safe. All salad mixes are triple washed using the latest triple wash technology. All our products are value added, baby leaf washed salad leaves. Our single most important aim is to provide our customers with the very best quality product.
