CAPTEL was organized as National Capital Teleservices, L.L.C. in December of 1997 and maintains three full-service, state-of-the-art communications centers in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Maryland and Thermopolis, Wyoming -- supported by 100 Client Representatives.
