Immunovant is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on enabling normal lives for patients with autoimmune diseases. Our investigational product candidate, IMVT-1401 (formerly known as RVT-1401), is a novel, fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn). We believe that this product has the potential to address a variety of IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases as a subcutaneous injection. We have initiated Phase 2 studies in two target indications: myasthenia gravis (MG) and Gravesￃﾢ￢ﾂﾬ￢ﾄﾢ ophthalmopathy (GO). We anticipate that we will submit an IND in one additional indication, warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (WAIHA), in the second half of 2019.
