Founded in 1928 in New Iberia, Louisiana, Bruce Foods had been manufacturing true Cajun and Tex Mex food products more than half a century before these spicy cuisines were introduced to the rest of the world. Our Mexican food plant in El Paso, Texas was founded in 1931 and pioneered the first canned Mexican foods. Today, Bruce Foods is one of America's largest privately-owned food manufacturers with 1,600 employees, four processing plants in the U.S., and an affiliated facility in the Netherlands.
