work2future addresses workforce and business development needs in Silicon Valley, in collaboration with small and large businesses, educational institutions and community-based organizations. We focus on: Helping job seekers obtain the skills, training and other assistance they need to compete effectively in the jobs market Assisting businesses in meeting their workforce and business development needs Enabling youth to jump-start their working careers with skills training and job search assistance work2future operates several America's Job Centers of California, serving residents of Campbell, Gilroy, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, San Jose, Saratoga and the unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County. Our goal is to foster opportunity, jobs and success for the diverse community that we serve. With our partners, we are the catalyst in the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce strategy in Silicon Valley. As a Local Workforce Investment Board, work2future is funded by the State of California through the federal Workforce Investment Act. We are administered by the City's of San Jose's Office of Economic Development.
