We manage various projects under the Utopicus name: We have 3 coworking spaces in Madrid and counting. In 2018 we open in Barcelona and other cities will be announced soon. The Utopic Agency aims to transform organisations, spaces, services and people through creativity, innovative ideas and unique projects. Our team of collaborators have extensive experience managing and developing coworking services, both under the Utopicus brand as well as in real estate agencies, institutions and large corporations. We help to understand, plan and implement coworking solutions in corporate spaces and companies. Our knowledge extends to all aspects of the industry, from strategy to the design and management of the spaces, as well as programming activities and creating communities within them. We launch disruptive projects and events such as ZINC SHOWER, an annual event with 4 successful editions under its belt, which offers a platform for the most innovative business ideas to present their projects to investors, incubators, the media and the general public. This 2 day event also offers talks, shows and workshops and provides the ideal environment for the entrepreneurial ecosystem to come together and flourish. The Utopic School offers courses in the latest trends from a powerful network of active professionals. We come from different sectors and professional backgrounds, and each one of us brings his or her experience to the table, uniting technology, communication, cultural management, new media and innovation.
